These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ThriveAssist Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 61 681 022 999) website at www.thriveassistsolutions.com.au ("the Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to the Website only. The provision of disability support services is governed by a separate Service Agreement between ThriveAssist Solutions and each participant (or their nominee/guardian), as required under the NDIS.

The Website is provided for informational purposes. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Website by any third party.

You must not:

• Use the Website in any way that breaches any applicable Australian law or regulation
• Use the Website to transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, the server on which the Website is hosted, or any connected systems
• Use the Website to collect or harvest personal information about other users

Information about our services, including NDIS-funded supports, is indicative and may change without notice.
